Discipline

just finished a interhouse basketball match, lost 6-4... sobz... well i guess its because most of us have not been exercising for a long time... @_@.. anyway it was a reminder that it requires discipline in order to win... nothing comes free.. everything comes with a price.. Lord just wanna thank you for the reminder today.. HELP me especially in my studies to be discipline even in this last few months... i know its gonna worth the hard work! even the word of God says it...
