short update - Kolo Mee

its day #2 exam... 3 papers down.. 5 more to go!

dad came back from sarawak yesterday, from a short mission trip... and he bought me KOLO mee!!! yay.. so long didnt eat.. the last time i ate it was when i went to sarawak for a short mission trip too...

wakakaka... i guess oni sarawakians or oni ppl that have went there would understand the tastiness of this dish... if u ppl happen to go there.. it is a must try!

Hey ppl.. long time no update.. been pretty lazy lately... and when it comes to update.. im either tired or not in the mood to do so... anyway, starting tomorrow its trials! to tell u im not prepared... zzz.. despite the extra 3 weeks given...

this week has been pretty crazy... well lets skip the studies part for this time.. last sunday.. managed to invite gavin to my church.. =) so coincidently me and ms tan were on for worship and preaching that day.. lol.. after that went for bowling and had a great time laughing.. so worth my 4.50.. then tuesday, i hesitated whether to go for the 5s1/5s2 reunion.. in the end i chose to go and was duped by gavin to go to kfc.. when actually i could go home and sleep for awhile 1st.. lol..

yesterday, a worship team from FGA kl came down to share some of their experience with us.. something they shared just came straight to my face especially in this song.. everything.. many times i do things as though god is nt there.. then time after time i ask for forgiveness but still easily subject myself to temptation.. well i dunno bout u guys.. i admit i am weak at many times and definitely need gods strength to help me persevere on...

for your info ppl.. we have less than an hour to practice.. 1st due to Eugene unable to reach back bfore 4... then 2nd adults practice.. but unc kok choo has promised to end the practice earlier.. so please do ur homework ppl.. XD practice and do prepare urself spiritually..

anyway practice will start at 630.. meet at the 1st classroom at the basement.. we will start with the usual worship on our own.. =) then when the adults finish we can start straight away!

BumPy Ride

Hey friends.. sorry if i have not been caring and cheerful as usual... this week has been one rough week for me.. almost broke down a few times this week.. wanted to give up.. but i know i cant.. no time for me to be sad over the issue.. just had to keep moving on.. practically i had to go through 1 round of hell everyday before picking up myself again and run... this race to the finish line hasn't been an easy one..

i once came upon this article that says.. failure always appears in the middle of the race.. but those that persist will eventually be victorious.. i hope i can make it through this storm.. and be victorious... EVERY successful person suffers some roadblocks in between.. but to them.. it was NEVER a failure, but a learning opportunity.. they continue to learn and improve time after time, that someday they know they will succeed...

Prayer for a friend

these few days have been really tiring.. and today got to know that my PA paper 2 was zzz nt so good... have been realising that teachers keep saying my class does not have the fighting spirit.. bla bla.. then say what bio students always do better than physics students.. due to tiredness i have been pretty moody the whole day..

i almost wanted to go home and not go for cf today.. bt i thank God i chose to go in the end.. halfway through playing icebreaker, the electricity stopped.. @_@ bt anyhow manage to play the game worship and sit through the sharing.. today the temporary cf teacher shared.. she is Ms. Loo.. from sarawak and doesnt really speak english.. bt excellent in chinese.. haha.. she shared her experience since young.. her family is like those u see in the shows.. nt very educated.. her brothers are gangsters.. some of her neighbours sell drugs.. cigars... firecrackers.. basically illegal stuff.. bt the amazing thing is how God shielded her from all this bad influence.. there is a chinese saying: born in the mud bt nt contaminated by it..

well nt gonna say everything here bt from her sharing i just felt the love of God so wonderful in her life that is just makes me give thanks for all i have.. was really lifted up by the sharing and went home light hearted.. =)

found this song just nw.. really soothing song.. really hope one day that every life that passes by will be touched by the love of God through me.. i noe im nt really that good example of a person, bt i guess that allows God to show his power in my life.. =) this song speaks of my desire.. written and sang by casting crowns.. enjoy!

Breakthrough #1

hey people.. just went through 2 days of trial... gonna have 3 weeks break before going into the battle field again...

well took my pengajian am 1 & 2... just wanna share a small miracle that happen.. at least to me it is.. =) i realise i have been really nt discipline in studying.. so i helped myself by asking a friend to study together... thank God i managed to study during the hols..

so came the eve of exam.. i was pretty stress bcuz this friend of mine actually a really good student.. keep sms-ing me saying as though he was very 'cha'... i was like.. zzzzzzzzz... if he is cha then what am i?? @_@ but just wanna thank God that He gave me that peace to go through that 2 days.. although i think i didnt do well in my paper 2.. there was a breakthrough for my paper1.. =) got pretty reasonable results! weeeeeeeeeeeee... may nt be a big deal to some ppl bt to me it means alot...

hope to continue this in the coming 3 subjects.. may God bless all STPM students...

p.s. : this test was really hard... even teachers hesitated in certain questions.. so fellow B1s.. dont be discouraged bt take it as an opportunity to do better in STPM!
